Shot 13:49–17:50 Cairo time on iPhone. Brief he worked from: project/ADRIAN-BRIEF.md (31-shot daylight room-by-room v8).

Format: photos 4032×3024 HEIC (12 MP, 32 vertical / 14 horizontal). Videos 1080×1920 @60fps, all with sound;

59 of 60 are vertical, only Living/IMG_7071 is horizontal. No 4K. Files were not renamed to LOFT__…,

so pull.py can't auto-check them; coverage below is by eye.

Do-not-use (faces): Entrance 7054 (two staff), Whole-place 7117 at 0–11 s (man on sofa) — crop or cut.

Plan

Phase 1 — Selects (CTO, today). Pick the 2–3 strongest stills per room, flag the panel/app clips that read in the

first second, cut trims at the timestamps above. Output: selects/ + one review page for the operator.

Phase 2 — Grade + export. One consistent warm-neutral grade across rooms (shot 13:49–17:50, light drifts).

Exports: web 2400px JPG, Instagram 1080×1350 feed + 1080×1920 reel covers.

Phase 3 — Reels (6, all vertical, 8–20 s, real room sound). Rebuilt from what exists:

Phase 5 — Short pickup visit for Adrian (~90 min), only what's missing: Kitchen (09/10); Alexa (24–29, after

"ALEXA OK"); wall switch (19); in-wall hub/relay/curtain motor (22); one clean Reception curtain open (07);

horizontal takes of the hero room + All off/All on for the website and YouTube. Name files LOFT__… so

project/pull.py can check them.
