A day at home
Every clip below was filmed at The Loft. Nothing is staged in software. This is what living with it looks like.
Step lights and the stair chandelier come on together, so nobody walks into a dark house with their hands full.
The chandelier over the table comes on for dinner, and off when the plates are cleared. No getting up to find the switch.
The same app that runs the lights runs the TV, so there is one less remote to lose between the sofa cushions.
One tap on the wall panel, the iPad or your phone and the lights go off, room by room or the whole house at once. No walking around checking switches. The same tap works when you leave in the morning.
And every other day
Three ways to control it
Use whichever is closest, or just ask Alexa or Google. They all control the same home, and they always agree.
By the door of each room. Lights, AC and curtain for that room in one touch.
The whole house on one screen. Here, opening the reception curtain all the way.
From the sofa or from the other side of town. Here, opening the curtains.
Everything it controls
Lighting, climate, curtains, the TV, cameras, water and gas safety, and any appliance you plug in. All on the same panel, the same app, and your voice.
Cameras
Lighting
Every light in the house, one by one or all together, including the hidden cove light. Set the brightness for dinner or a film.
Climate
Turn the AC on, set the temperature and the fan from the app, the panel or the car on the way home.
Curtains & shutters
Open, close or stop curtains and shutters at any point, room by room, or on a schedule with the sunrise.
TV & remotes
The TV and anything with an infrared remote (AC units, receivers, fans) moves into the app.
Scenes & schedules
"Dinner", "Movie", "Good night": lights, curtains and AC change together. Run them by tap, by time of day or at sunset.
Safety
Sensors watch for water, gas and open doors, and the system acts on its own before you even read the alert.
A leak sensor under the sink or the washing machine, and a smart valve on the main water line.
A gas sensor in the kitchen and a shut-off valve on the gas line.
Know if a door or window was left open, and let rooms react when someone walks in.
And the rest
If it plugs in or switches on, it can join. And if your hands are full, just say it.
Smart plugs and relays bring ordinary appliances into the app: switch them on a timer, off from anywhere, and see how much power they draw.
Every light, curtain, AC and scene answers to the assistant you already use.
Alexa, close the living room curtains.
Hey Google, set the bedroom to 22 degrees.
For every kind of home
Add rooms whenever you like. Everything stays on the same panel and the same app.

Questions families ask
Anything else, ask us on the visit. It's free and there's no obligation.
Why families choose it
No. There's no wall chasing and no new wiring through your finishes. Smart switches go into the same boxes as your old ones, curtain motors fit your existing curtain tracks, and sensors stick on. Your paint, tiles and ceilings stay exactly as they are.
Both. If your unit is still being built, it's the best time: before finishing, we plan it into the build with your contractor: switch positions, curtain motors, panel places and valve locations, so everything is hidden and ready the day you move in.
Yes. Most of our homes are lived-in already. Because nothing needs breaking, we fit it room by room around your family, usually without moving out or repainting.
No. It's built around what you want. Start with one room, or only the curtains, or only water safety, and add more whenever you like. Everything joins the same panel and app.
Yes. Many families start with the living room. You can add more rooms later, and they all appear on the same panel and app.
Everyday use
Yes. Anyone in the house can still use the switch on the wall. The panel and the app give you extra ways to control the same lights.
All three, and they always agree. A wall panel by the door of each room, an optional wall iPad with the whole house on one screen, and the app on every phone in the family.
Yes. Lights, curtains, AC and scenes work with Amazon Alexa and Google Home, so you can say "close the curtains" instead of reaching for anything.
Your wall switches always work. On the home visit we show you exactly what keeps working without internet in your setup.
Yes. It's the same H-Bot panel and app, set up for your own rooms.
Safety & security
Yes. Cameras show live next to your lights and curtains on the phone, the wall iPad and the panel, with pan and tilt from the app and a privacy switch for when you're home.
A sensor watches for water on the floor or gas in the air. If it finds either, the matching valve on the main line closes by itself and your phone gets an alert, even if nobody is home.
Getting started
We walk through your home with you, room by room, see what you'd like to control and check your switches, curtains and AC. It's free and there's no obligation.
After the visit you get a written room-by-room quote. Once you approve it, we agree an installation date, fit everything, set up the panel and the app on your family's phones, and show everyone how to use it.
The H-Bot team that installs your system supports it afterwards, and we can adjust scenes and schedules for you as your routine changes. The warranty terms are written into your quote.
It depends on the number of rooms and what you want to control. After the free home visit, you get a written room-by-room quote. There's no obligation.
